DCH - Developing a Digital Clearinghouse

The application aims to develop a Digital Clearinghouse (DCH), a voluntary network of authorities involved in enforcement of laws in the digital markets. The platform is intended to facilitate cooperation, dialogue and exchange of best practices within the bounds of their respective competences, so as to achieve a coherent enforcement of rights in all domains of laws impacting digital markets. The project consists in organizing regular closed roundtables between the enforcement authorities and invited experts and two public international conferences with enforcement authorities, policy makers, academics and digital firms. An effective communication will ensure the dissemination of the output of those roundtables and conferences.
